Method of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta & Switch Credit/Debit Cards through PayPal. To prevent delays in order processing please ensure the cardholders name and address is exactly as given on the card & statements. If you make an error in the order details you have already submitted please contact us by email or phone. Do not give any revised credit card details by email as this is not secure.

Pricing Policy
All products are priced in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate.

Delivery Time
It is our aim to deliver all U.K based orders the next working day from when your order is placed. This may extend to two or three working days depending on the time the order was placed. Orders placed after midday on a Friday or over the weekend will be processed as soon as possible after the weekend. You will be advised of your delivery by email, this will include your parcel tracking number so you can monitor exactly where your parcel is.

Delivery times for orders outside of the U.K will vary depending on destination. Generally deliveries outside of the U.K usually arrive within 5 to 7 days.

Return of goods policy
All purchases should be checked fully within 30 days of the purchase date and before embarking on your first camping holiday.

In the unlikely event that you need to return your purchase, you will need to repackage your item in the original packaging it was sent in. Please do not dispose of original packing until you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

If the original packaging is not available, new packaging can be sent. New packaging will be charged for at prevailing carton and carriage rates.

If goods are faulty or if the wrong item has been despatched they can be returned for a full refund (including delivery charge) or exchanged (subject to availability of replacement).
If the goods have been despatched as ordered and are not faulty, they can be returned for a refund, but only for the cost of the goods. In this case the refund will exclude any incurred a delivery charges.

All returns, faulty or otherwise, must be organised within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, still have their original packaging and labelling, and be accompanied by the original delivery note. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount (less any delivery charge paid where appropriate).

We will not refund your postage costs unless the item is faulty or there is a packing error.

Cancellation Policy
If the goods have been dispatched as ordered and are not faulty, they can be returned for a refund, but only for the cost of the goods. Any delivery charges, along with a £2.00 picking/administration charge will be deducted from the refund due. Any orders cancelled prior to dispatch will incur a £2.00 picking/administration charge, which will be deducted from the refund due. All returns must be organised within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, still have their original packaging and labelling, and be accompanied by the original delivery note. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount (less any delivery charge paid / admin fee, where appropriate).

Guarantee & Faulty Item
Please Note: Poles and joints on any tent are not covered under their manufacturer’s warranty. However spare poles are available to be purchased. Please contact enquiries@tentspares.co.uk or our Spares and Repairs Line on 0844 850 4402 for further information.

All other products are guaranteed against faults for a period of twelve months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. This guarantee excludes faults caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, reasonable wear & tear or adverse weather conditions.

Items returned under guarantee must be in a dry and clean condition and accompanied by proof of purchase from us and with a clear description of the fault.

Please note Somerset Camping will not be held responsible for the following –
1. Reimbursing the cost of travel in any circumstance.
2. Reimbursing the cost of accommodation in any circumstance.
3. Reimbursing for any costs due to products causing damage to any property or persons.
4. Reimbursing the costs incurred for any goods not working for their intended purposes.

The majority of seams on your tent flysheet have been seam taped during manufacture. However it is sometimes not possible, due to the nature of some materials used and sewing methods employed, to fully seal all seams. It may therefore, in some circumstances, be necessary to manually seal certain seams with the sealant provided. Please refer to the instructions on how to seal seams, in the ‘Frequently asked Questions’ section of our website.
